Digish Mehta brings extensive international experience across the IVF/ART, Urology, and Gastroenterology markets. He leads Esco’s consumables portfolio strategy and operations. His focus is on sustainable growth, portfolio integration, and strong global distribution partnerships.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and Materials Science & Engineering from the University of California, Irvine. He began his career in medical device manufacturing, building a strong foundation in product development, quality systems, and regulatory compliance within highly regulated environments.

As co-founder of Allwin Medical, Digish led the company’s global expansion, establishing distribution networks across more than 120 countries and driving commercial growth through structured go-to-market strategies and long-term partnerships. Following Allwin’s integration into Esco Medical, he assumed responsibility for scaling the global consumables business, focusing on long-term value creation.

Digish leads with a collaborative, value-driven style, emphasizing quality, regulatory integrity, and growth within the broader healthcare ecosystem.
